Showers and gusty winds in the north will clear eastwards, leaving a mostly dry but breezy night with some clear periods. Feeling cooler with temperatures closer to the seasonal norm.
Thursday
A dry start but rain, locally heavy, will move eastwards through the day into central parts. Winds will strengthen through the day with severe gales in the northwest later.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday
Feeling cooler on Friday, with scattered, heavy showers. Milder on Saturday with rain later in the northwest. Rain clearing northeastwards on Sunday with showers crossing into the west. Windy throughout.
